We are the Weber family and we are Northwood Custom Floors. We are a family owned and operated business that is passionate about quality. Our commitment to quality comes from a moral foundation rooted in our faith. We are committed to a higher standard and we hope that shows in everything we do.

Michael has been swinging a hammer (literally) since he was 2. His grandfather was a furniture maker from Germany and he grew up in his fathers’ machine shop doing precision work, so least to say his attention to detail and being a craftsman is in his DNA. He has been doing hardwood floors for 20 years and has worked on almost every type of project from first homes to multi-million dollar homes. From builders, designers, to homeowners, Michael has worked alongside them all to bring quality and honesty to every floor he does.
